Order, stock, and sell Lebo gear and apparel before the season begins and before and during games.

3-A-Days

Arrange for catered lunch and dinner meals and servers during 3-a-Day practices in August.

Blue Devil Night

Coordinate photographer and timing arrangements with coaches and cheerleaders for Blue Devil Night (the Friday before the first game). Possibility of refreshment stand open and clothing booth open...?

Directory

Design and print football directories to be distributed at beginning of season. Includes cheerleaders.

Fundraising Efforts

Reserve venues, coordinate themes, publicity, tickets, entertainment, refreshments, Chinese Auction, etc. for one or more fundraising projects. This is a huge undertaking with many subcommittees and volunteers needed.

Hoagies

Order, pick-up, and deliver hoagies, chips, and drinks to boys for away games. Historically done for Varsity games only.

Horn Night

Arrange for refreshments, usually pizza, for Horn Night (night before first game). This is when the players receive their gold horn stickers for their helmets.

Banquet

Reserve venue, arrange for meals, invitations, decorations, senior gifts, and highlight video. This is a huge undertaking with many subcommittees and volunteers needed.

July Camp Lunches

Arrange for catered lunches and servers for July football camp.

Lift-A-Thon

Arrange for forms, money, mailings for Lift-A-Thon, usually in June.

Program Design/Printing

Solicit community and senior family advertisements, arrange for design, lay-out, and printing of football program. Programs are needed by first home game.

Senior Theme Photo

Coordinate senior theme and photo for cover or back of football program. Includes cheerleaders.

Service Projects

Plan and coordinate community service projects for football players. Projects should take place before July camp.

Plan and host dinner parties after the home Varsity games. Parties are hosted by senior families including cheerleaders.

Simply contact the senior coordinators by email to volunteer. Volunteers are always appreciated and are needed to make the football program a success! Coordinate sign-up sheets and money, and duplication (through HS media department) and delivery of DVDs of each Varsity football game for families who choose to purchase them. (Not responsible for filming games.)
